How to Enter / Winner Selection:

Consumers will be encouraged via in-store signage to enter to win. Consumers may qualify to win by scanning the QR code displayed on the point of sale materials, which will direct them to the landing site where they will enter the required information.

One (1) Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible qualifying entries per store location (appendix) received throughout the sweepstakes period (5/1/25–6/30/25). Grand Prize drawing will be conducted by a third party. The winners will be contacted on or before 7/5/25 via phone or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize:

One (1) Prize will be awarded per in-store display location (see appendix), consisting of one (1) $150.00 gift card redeemable at Neuse Sport Shop.

Eligibility:

Open only to legal residents of North Carolina. Employees of Minges Bottling Group, Neuse Sport Shop, Pepsi-Cola Company, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising/promotional/judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible. Must be 18 years or older by May 1, 2025.

General:

No substitution or transfer of prize is allowed. Non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Void where prohibited. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Minges Bottling Group decisions are final. No groups, clubs, or organizations may enter. Entry constitutes agreement to these rules.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 3 days. Failure to return required documents will result in forfeiture. Unaccepted prize portions are forfeited.

Release of Liability:

Entrants and winners agree to release Minges Bottling Group, Pepsi, and their affiliates from any liability associated with prize participation or promotion. Winners may be required to consent to use of name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without compensation.
